Plagastop had a turnover of 700k € in 2017 and offers pest control service in the region of Aragon with which Anticimex has now expanded its presence regionwide. The transaction will also strengthen Anticimex’s position in the Spanish market.

This new acquisition is an addition to the 8 pest control companies that Anticimex Spain has acquired to date. For Anticimex it forms part of the strategy to expand its footprint across all regions of the Spanish market via organic growth and further acquisitions.

Commenting on today’s announcement, Josep Valls, Country President Anticimex Spain, said:
