Guadapinsa is a Spanish company operating nationally that offers common pest control, fumigation and legionella services. The transaction was completed with effect on 1st February, 2016. CPU Salud Ambiental is located in Amorebieta, a city in the Basque Country in the Northern part of Spain. The company also provides pest control and legionella services. The transaction was completed with effect on 1th April, 2016.

Both companies are family owned businesses with good reputations. They have a strong local customer base which helps to expand our geographical footprint. Through the acquisitions Anticimex has expanded its offering regarding fumigation services within the food industry.
