Excellent offers a wide range of pest control services primarily in the western part of the Netherlands and has a solid customer portfolio within the commercial segment. Gerdon is a nationwide pest control company specialized in bird proofing. The transactions will strengthen Anticimex customer base with commercial clients and will further fortify Anticimex local market presence in the western part of the Netherlands.

The two transactions follow on Anticimex acquisition of Van Meijel, Mirado and PCF Holland earlier in the year and forms part of its strategy to expand its market coverage across all regions of the Dutch market through organic growth and further acquisitions.
