Established 1986, Mirado has built a solid reputation among its commercial and housing customers by offering all types of pest control services, dry-rot and wood protection service. The transaction will further strengthen Anticimex geographical footprint in the Netherlands.

The transaction follows on Anticimex acquisition of Lamon, Kees Kooijman and Lagerwey and forms part of its strategy to expand its market coverage across all regions of the Dutch market through organic growth and further acquisitions.
