Anticimex France is developing in the Grand-Est sector

January 14, 2021

Nancy, Metz, Strasbourg, Troyes, Reims, Dijon and Fréjus are the new strengths of the Anticimex group, thanks to the acquisition of Mr Philippe Blanc’s companies, recognized for their expertise in the French region Grand-Est since 1994.

Anticimex, whose development strategy is based on the acquisition of successful local businesses, has indeed announced the integration of three new companies: Aphysio, Aphysio Alsace and Ratunet Services.

A strong rise in the growing Grand-Est market, with 30 employees working for 2,000 professional and institutional clients who enrich this growing national network, contributing to the ambitious objectives of the Anticimex group.

“Our goal in France is to become one of the main players in the sanitation market. We are especially attentive to the quality of service and to our customers and employees satisfaction. By building an anchored network in the territory, we can deploy our innovative SMART technology, in tune with an evolving profession. We want to be as close as possible to our customers to meet their expectations of efficiency and compliance with regulations, while being attentive to Corporate Social Responsability. “
Kim Kjaer – Managing Director Anticimex France

Local expertise combined with the strength of a global group: this is the Anticimex vision of the business, based on sharing and trust.

With these new acquisitions, Anticimex enters the top 10 companies on the French market thanks to its active merger-acquisition approach.

Philippe Blanc explains the advantages of such a merger:
“Joining one of the world’s leaders in the sector opens up new growth opportunities for our agencies. We now benefit from the power of a group: national coverage, recognized expertise, and innovative products to access markets so far beyond reach.

It is now possible for us to provide a tailor-made solution on a national scale while maintaining the proximity and quality of service we owe our customers.

Far beyond the commercial aspect, the Anticimex group relies on the expertise of local structures like ours, by preserving and enhancing our employees. As a business owner, that was something I couldn’t have compromised on, and we were on the same page. The Anticimex teams were very attentive, their desire to do well was felt from the negotiations: the exchanges were fluid and transparent, building the foundations of a relationship of trust with no long and complex processes as we could expect.”
