Anticimex is the clear market leader in Finland, having a national coverage for pest control with 10 regional offices and 75 employees. The divestment enables Anticimex’ to focus on growing its core business within preventative pest control and food safety.

Commenting on today’s announcement, Jussi Ylinen, CEO of Anticimex Finland, said: “Whilst always sad to say good bye to good and loyal colleagues, we are happy to have found a good home for our dehumidification business in Finland where both employees and the services towards our customers can be developed further. We will now continue our growth journey within preventive pest control, where we see continued vast potential of both organic and acquisitive growth”.
