Anticimex continues to grow in Belgium and announces an acquisition within preventative pest control

January 17, 2017

The acquisition is Anticimex’s first in Belgium since of ISS Pest Control in March 2013 and forms part of its strategy to expand its footprint across all regions of the Belgium market via organic growth and further acquisitions.

Michel Petit, owner of C’est Pas Bête, commented :

“I have together with my team developed a company with a good reputation in Wallonia and Brussels. To be able to offer an even better service and to guarantee continued development for our employees, we decided to sell C’est pas bête to a company that shares the same professional values. I’m now looking forward to to see our company grow to be a leader in pest control in the next coming years”.

Christophe Gyselinck, Country President Anticimex Belgium, commented:

“This first acquisition is a true milestone for Anticimex Belgium. It will help us to strengthen our position in the south of Belgium, increase our density and give access to new customer. C’est pas bête provides high quality services and has a highly competent and motivated team. Last but not least there is a very good fit between the family culture and our branch structure which are both highly customer focused”.
