Pestec are mainly focused on termite inspections to residential properties and Somerset offers Termite and pre-purchase inspections and a wide variety of general pest management services to both domestic and commercial customers.

Both companies are well reputed with a strong customer base and there is strong cultural fit between Anticimex and the two companies. These acquisitions will reinforce our aim to strengthen our knowledge and expertise in termite management and improve our geographical footprint. The transactions were completed on March 1st, 2016.
