TEPC was established in 1992 and is a pest management specialist serving clients in Darwin and Alice Springs, in the Northern Territory of Australia. The company is well reputed and offers a vast range of general pest management and termite protection services and has a large customer base of both home owners and commercial customers.

The acquisition further strengthens Anticimex’s presence in the Northern Territory market and creates improved density and more efficient geographical coverage. The transaction was completed on the 20th of June 2016.
