The transaction will strengthen Anticimex customer base with commercial clients and will further fortify Anticimex local market presence in Toledo and Benidorm.

The acquisition follows on Anticimex acquisition of Guadapinsa and CPU Salud Ambiental in April 2016 and forms part of its strategy to expand its footprint across all regions of the Spanish market via organic growth and further acquisitions.

Commenting on today’s announcement, Josep Valls, Country President Anticimex Spain, said:
